Answers name the documents they cite, and no change to the site goes live until every required check has passed.

Fictional example

Answer

The car in the photographs could not have been the defendants’ Skylark: the marks needed independent rear suspension. [1]

Source 1 Fictional record entry A0071 · L88–L96

A solid rear axle lifts the inside wheel over a curb cut and the mark breaks. These marks run flat across it. That takes independent rear suspension.

Under the hood.

Passages are found by wording and by meaning and carry their document ID and path. No change reaches the site until the merge queue has run every required check.

Sources and retrieval

Full-text and semantic search retrieve matching passages from Postgres. The signed-in workspace can open complete documents. Public examples use fictional material; case files stay behind authentication.

Citations and review

Retrieved passages carry document IDs and source paths. Answers list the documents they cite. Citation checks identify missing references; they do not establish that a passage supports every claim. A lawyer reviews the answer against its sources.

Release checks

Changes pass the required checks in a merge queue. Cloud Run deployments probe a candidate before promotion and retain a rollback revision.

Release checks assess delivery behavior, not legal accuracy.
